Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a wonderful time! The breakfast was absolutely delicious with plenty of options to choose from. The location was perfect for shopping and sightseeing as it was conveniently located near the city center. The staff was friendly and always there to assist with any needs. We also enjoyed the beautiful view of the city from our room.
The air conditioning did not work properly and it made it uncomfortable at times. the room was not cleaned as thoroughly as it could have been, there were some noticeable spots on the floor that seemed like they had not been vacuumed.

The hotel has a quiet atmosphere despite being located close to a busy road. Guests can enjoy a decent breakfast with various options. the staff is friendly and tries their best to overcome language barriers. the rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds, and well-maintained bathrooms.
The room service menu was not available, and the staff was unhelpful in providing it.

The room we stayed in was quite spacious and clean. the location was ideal for us as it was right in the heart of the city and close to all the local attractions. the breakfast was also good and offered a variety of options. It was a great way to start off our new year.
the room was too hot and the air conditioning was not strong enough.
